This workshop will explore the opportunities and challenges related to the implementation of interventions to improve the health and well-being of pregnant women and their infants. We plan to further investigate linkages in South Africa and Sweden, and apply methods from life course epidemiology to investigate and address the short and long-term consequences of early nutrition across the life course and across generations. The aim of the workshop is to strengthen our international research networks.
